To make the gift even more personal, the sign also features custom engraved puzzle pieces that can be personalized with up to 16 pieces. You can choose to add the names of family members or other loved ones to make it an even more special gift. The sign comes with a stand for displaying and can be customized to feature other family member names such as "Nana", "Nonnie", "Grandma", or a custom name.

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Estimated delivery date = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 14 days.
Shipping time: 3-21 business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.

Note: There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

RETURN
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
