Return Eligibility

  • Customers are eligible to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with packaging and tags remaining intact.
  • Please make sure you have a receipt or proof of purchase ready.
  • Kindly contact us (support@wonderskull.com) in advance to receive the appropriate return instructions.

Items INELIGIBLE for Return or Exchange

  • Items showing signs of use or wear (stains, liquids, dirt, pet hair, odors, scuffs, etc.) or returned in a different condition than originally received.
  • Non-defective Personalized Products
  • Gift Cards balance
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary based on the selected courier service.
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may return or exchange it at no additional cost.

Important Notice

  • Ensure you do not accidentally include items not from Wonder Skull in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items.
  • Exchanges are permitted for a different product or size, depending on availability, and are limited to one exchange per item.
  • If an item does not meet the criteria for a return under our policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund and return the item to you.

How to Make a Return/Exchange?

  1. ✉️  Contact us in advance so we can provide the best solution for your needs.
  2. Our representative will provide instructions and the return address via email. Follow these instructions to process your return.
  3. Upon receiving your package, we will carefully verify the items and proceed with the next steps.
  4. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Refunds

  • Processing time for returns is 1 to 3 business days.
  • PayPal refunds are processed within up to 48 hours.
  • Refunds to credit cards will be processed in 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • ✉️ Contact Our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order for cancellations.
  • Orders may only be canceled prior to the start of production or shipping.
  • A processing and transaction fee of 15% of the total order value will be applied to cancellations.
