Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to our return center. After confirming the condition of the return product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Purchase can be returned within 7 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact !
Buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost. In the case of the wrong item sent, we will pay for the return shipping and send you the return shipping label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order ID and photos of the problem/defect item.

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com if you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
