Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and contact us for return/exchange on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Easy Exchanges
Need a different size, color or other products? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock. Please contact us. 

Fast Refund
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to our return center. After confirming the condition of the return product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Purchase can be returned within 7 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact !

Buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost. In the case of the wrong item sent, we will pay for the return shipping and send you the return shipping label.

Purchase NOT eligible for Return or Exchange 

• Gift cards.
• Non-defective Personalized Products
• Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, pet hair, smell, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received.
• Any merchandise that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order ID and photos of the problem/defect item.

Don't forget to give us the tracking number of your return package. After it arrives, we will check and confirm the condition of our item(s) before the next action.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service at support@wonderskull.com if you decide to cancel the order. 

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
